THE BEST TIRAMISU CAKE ROLL

INGREDIENTS

  • Cake Flour
  • Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Cream of Tartar
  • Butter
  • Vanilla
  • Espresso
  • Frangelico
  • Mascarpone
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Heavy Cream

HOW TO MAKE 

  • Beat together yolks, vanilla, and sugar; fold in flour and set aside.
  • Combine egg whites, salt and cream of tartar; beat.
  • Fold egg whites into yolk mixture and stir batter into melted butter.
  • Spread batter in a jelly roll pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Brush cake with the espresso syrup.
  • Spread whipped cream filling over cake.
  • Roll up the cake.
  • Serve.
