- 2 huge raw chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 (12 oz..) jar of your favourite salsa
- 4 small raw zucchini, quartered then sliced (shredding works too)
- 1/4 medium clean pineapple
- Turn on slow cooker to the low setting and placed within the chicken and salsa.
- Cook for about four-6 hours. Slow cookers vary, so base the time on that. The bird must crumble effortlessly whilst completed.
- Shred the chicken using forks and blend for your uncooked zucchini and fresh pineapple.
