Cream Filling for Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons very hot water
  • ½ cup shortening
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 – 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In the work bowl of a stand mixer upload the water and salt. Stir to dissolve the salt inside the hot water and permit to chill.
  2. Add the marshmallow cream, shortening, powdered sugar, and vanilla to the salt water combination and whip on medium speed till the aggregate becomes fluffy fluffy.
